Today started well, I am full of energy, sleeping well and all through the night, which is a great blessing!!
I am into having fruit off of my own trees, oranges, apricots, figs not to mention the lemons, what a brilliant way to start the day. We are lucky at the moment that the sun has had some respite, though it is not good for people on holiday!
I went down to Rojales to the Town Hall to pick some papers up, 2nd journey for the same papers! But that is normal, and the morning was pleasant, even managed to aprk at that early hour.
Getting back home before I went to work and in time for my shake, I have almsot always kept the Herbalife shake up at least for breakfast, it is fast, full of nutrients, vitamins and protein, better and quicker than anything I could prepare myself.
What with the changes in my business and the new pathway I am treading image and self confidence are a must, I must lead by example. I have not been training with a trainer for the past couple of months, but it has made me more self reliant because when you have an appointment with a trainer it makes you keep it, but takes the self motivation away and when the appointment is not there, it is easy to slip into comfortable potato couch mode.
I am proud of the fact that I have not done that and in fact found other ways to train, being with the same person for a long time also gets you into a safe mode, using the local facilities and walking about Quesada with weights bound to my ankles and wrists before I would not have been seen dead doing it. Even when I lost my weight my self confidence still took time to catch up, especially in fit fit clothes!!! But it has been good for me, and I have learnt from it.
Getting into the habit of doing something is better than doing nothing, sooooo switch on that music, have a dance pump it up, how great do you feel after??? Even is you are sitting in a chair you can move your arms and legs, whether your choice is Meatloaf or Jim Reeves it will help your circulation and add adreneline to the brain, that makes you feel more energetic and happier.
So you see it is not hard to get back into doing a bit now and again, a few mins several times a day soon adds up, and that helps you move onto more things, so a great way just to start. little steps conquer great mountains, but it needs to be regular little steps!!!!!
Weighing in day for me today....... 2.3/4lbs not usual for me, but the last couple of weeks have been slow, so it shows keep on doing what you know is right and your body will catch up. More incentive to do more this coming week.
