Hi
Well, as you can see there have been a few delays between Blogs due to many things, but there has not been a stop to my progress or that of my shape!
I had been going through some personal and professional changes when we left off, and there has been many major changes to date. Most of all my head is back in a more centred position and I am clearly seeing my future online. My business has moved premises and I now love working from home.
Sitting here writing with the sun on th palm tree leaves and the cat sprawled out on the pink gravel without a care in the world...except where is the next tastey morsel coming from after I have slept for a while!!
I want to thank you for you patience and will be back in the drivers seat of my challenge from today. I am really looking forward to getting to grips with my progress again.
